As i’ve passed my 50th birthday (though I stopped aging at 37), this blog is dedicated to living life to its fullest after 50. It will pertain to the RENS system, and will  be divided into five sections: R = rest, E = exercise, N = nutrition, and S = self-actualization. There will also be a General section covering misc. items.


What’s written here are my ideas, thoughts, and how I do things.  If you don’t feel comfortable doing things “my way” then don’t. I’m not here to force you to change anything in your life you don’t want to. I’m just giving you an idea of what’s worked in mine. Hope you like what you read here. Please come back soon and often
